2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options (depending on your location):  

- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days  
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply)  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.* 

3. Shipping Destinations 
- We currently ship to USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia.  
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable).  

4. Order Tracking  
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.  

6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for resolution. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending.  
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
